Delivery, Stock, Sizing, Cancellations & Returns Policy

Next Day Delivery

We offer a premium next day delivery service, but to achieve this all orders must be placed before 12pm on the day of the order to allow for processing. If orders are not placed before 12pm we cannot guarantee next day delivery.


Stock Availability

In recognition of demand level fluctuation and stock availability we can only deliver on a first come first served basis and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product in your order.
We will notify you within 24 hours should stock be unavailable and offer you a suitable alternative or inform you when the product will be back in stock, and provide you with an alternative delivery date.
If product is not available, you will not be charged for that stock. After contacting you by email or phone we will hold your order until the required stock becomes available and then deliver once stock has been replenished in our warehouse.

Returns, refunds and replacements

For all online orders, if product has been damaged during delivery you must inform topsyturvytees.com within 3 working days by email or phone stating when the product was delivered and the source of the damage. Please arrange for the goods to be returned to topsyturvytees at you earliest convenience. On receipt of damaged goods we will deliver new product within 3 working days of the product being available in our warehouse free of charge. If whatever reason you would rather have product refunded rather than replaced, please inform us by email or phone. All credits will be made within 30 days. Replacements will only be made upon the damaged product not the entire delivery.

NO REFUNDS ONCE GARMENTS HAVE BEEN PRINTED PLEASE CHECK ALL SPELLING AND GRAMMER BEFORE YOUR ORDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THE WORDING, LAYOUT AND COLOUR(S) IF WE FEEL IT WOULD IMPROVE THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE FINISHED GARMENT.


Cancellation

You can cancel any order made on the website or phone before the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Please email or phone stating your name and order as well as delivery address. There is no cost for cancellation pre-dispatch. You can also cancel your order within 3 days of receipt of the product, but you will be liable for the delivery costs to and from your address. If product has been used or damaged on return you will also be liable for that cost. All credits will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation.
